It's 2020! The beginning of a new year always comes with both reflections of the past and excitement over the future.

During the past few weeks, I have spent much time with the Lord seeking the word He desired for me to share in this first email of the year. I've been directed again and again to this verse: "Anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see" (Revelation 3:18, NKJV).

But why would believers need freshly anointed eyes? The message I'm hearing from God is very clear: Seek a fresh anointing on your eyes!

We know that God's anointing on every part of a believer's life is crucial, so why would He be drawing attention to an anointing of eyes?
